出口美国需要产地证吗

美国客户说给我货运公司的合同号，我这边货代问是不是买方订柜，需不需要产地证，美国回复这样We have contract with the carriers, will send you the contract #, and the ISF should be given 2 days in advance to be able to file，那我到底需不需产地证呢
